Payment and Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund:
The fees cannot be refunded once they have been paid. Fee cancellation will not result in refunds from the school/institution. If there are any questions or problems, such as duplicate processing, cancellation of the admission, or postponement, the user must contact the school immediately with the details of their claim. Refunds (if any) shall be processed by the School/Institution through a payment gateway, by way of a demand draft or by any other means as deemed appropriate by the School/Institution. Generally, the School/Institution does not offer refunds in case of cancellation.
Note: Transaction fees will not be reimbursed or reversed
As used in these Terms and Conditions, a "Charge Back" shall mean, approved and settled credit card and net banking purchase transactions that are at any time refused, debited or charged back to the merchant's account (including similar debits to the account of any Payment Service Provider, as applicable) by the acquiring bank or credit card company for any reason whatsoever, along with any bank fees, penalties and other charges incidental to the same).
Server Slow Down/Session Timeout: Whenever the Website or Payment Service Provider's webpage is experiencing any server related issue, such as a slowdown, failure, or session timeout, the User, upon initiating a second payment, should check whether his/her Bank Account has been debited, and shall take the appropriate action:
If the Bank Account appears debited, ensure that the payment is not twice made and immediately thereafter contact the School/Institution using e-mail or another means of contact as provided by the School/Institution to verify payment.
In case the Bank Account is not debited, the User can initiate a new transaction.
The User agrees, however, that under no circumstances shall the Payment Gateway Service Provider be liable for fraudulent/duplicate transactions, and for this reason Payment Gateway Service Provider must not be contacted.
Limitation of Liability
The School/Institution has made this service available to the User for their convenience. In relation to this Service, the school or institution expressly disclaims any and all claims and liabilities. In addition, the User acknowledges and agrees he/she is solely responsible for his/her conduct and that School/Institution reserves the right to terminate the rights to use Service immediately without prior notification.
Neither the School nor the Payment Service Providers shall be liable for any inaccuracy, error, delay, or omission in, or in the transmission or delivery of any such data, information or message, or for any loss or damage arising from or occasioned by such inaccuracy, error, delay or omission, non-performance or interruption in any such data, information or message. Neither the school nor the payment service providers, their employees, directors, or third-party agents involved in processing, delivering, or managing the services, will be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any other damages, whether punitive or exemplary, caused by the provision or failure to provide the services.
Under no circumstances shall the School/Institution or the Payment Service Provider(s) be liable for any monetary or other damages incurred by the User because of:
The delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with the use of the Payment Gateway or Services associated with it, and/or any interruption or error in the operation of the Payment Gateway.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Payment Service Provider(s) and School/Institution, as well as their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, in the event of any claims or demands, or actions arising from or in connection with the use of the Services.
