Therefore, each user is deemed to have read and accepted these Terms of Service.

Individuals accessing information and using services provided through this School/Institution are protected from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, no personally identifiable information is willfully disclosed to third parties without first receiving User consent.
General Terms and Conditions for Online- Payments
Upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions a User may register to utilize the School's/Institution's website and access the products and services offered.
The School/Institution shall be subject to all applicable Indian laws and any directives/rules of the Government of India. These Terms and Conditions shall not be construed to limit our right to comply with any law enforcement agencies request or requirement that may be imposed on School/Institution relating to any User's use of the website or information provided to or gathered by School/Institution pertaining to such use. It is at the absolute discretion of the School/Institution to disclose information about a User's use of the website to regulators or police or any other third party to resolve disputes or complaints relating to the website.

Miscellaneous Conditions:
Unless expressly stated, any waiver of rights available to the School/Institution under these Terms and Conditions shall not be considered an automatic waiver.
School/Institution or the Payment Service Provider(s) have no control over misuse, hacking, theft, and/or fraud of the user's personal data, including without limitation debit card and credit card details transmitted over the Internet.
The School/Institution takes reasonable measures to protect against the misuse of any information transmitted by the user but does not guarantee or represent that the use of the Services will not result in the theft and/or unauthorized use of data over the Internet.
In no event shall the School/Institution, the Payment Service Provider(s), or its affiliates or associates be liable, directly or indirectly, for any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of the information contained on the website.
Users may be asked to create a User ID and Password to register and/or use the Services provided by the School/Institution on the website. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user acknowledges that his/her User ID and Password are very important pieces of information. Debit/Credit Card, Bank Account Details
The user agrees that he/she will provide accurate and complete debit/credit card details to make use of the aforesaid Service(s) and that the user will not use a debit/credit card that he/she does not lawfully own or the use of which is not authorized by the lawful owner. Furthermore, the user agrees and undertakes to provide accurate and valid credit/debit card information.
Users can pay fees to school/institution via debit/credit cards or through an online banking account.
By initiating a payment transaction or issuing an online payment instruction and providing his/her card/bank details, the user warrants to agree and confirms that:
It is wholly and lawfully legal for the user to use such a credit/debit card, or bank account in such transactions.
The user's responsibility is to make sure the card/bank account details provided by them are correct.
The user authorizes the debit of the nominated card/bank account for the payment of fees selected by the user along with the applicable fees.
During the payment process, the user is responsible for ensuring that sufficient credit is available on the nominated card/bank account to process the payment of the applicable Fee and the dues payable.
Personal Information
By accepting this agreement, the user agrees that, in accordance with applicable law, the School/Institution and/or the Payment Service Provider(s) may also collect, use and disclose personal information in connection with security-related or law enforcement investigations or cooperation with authorities or to comply with legal requirements.
In any communication sent via e-mail, the user agrees that the School/Institution may receive all information contained therein/therewith. It is understood that the user may be contacted via e-mail when such mails are initiated by them.
Aside from the information already in its possession, the School/Institution and/or the Payment Service Provider(s) may have collected similar information from the user in the past. Using the website, the user consents to the terms of School/Institution's information privacy policies and School/Institution's continued use of previously collected information. If the user provides School/Institution with personally identifiable information, they will be deemed to have given consent to processing personal information as outlined here.
